Edmund is a Senior Leadership Trainer for TDCX and focuses on talent development for its internal regional managers and senior executive leadership team.
He is also a Dale Carnegie Master Trainer with Dale Carnegie Singapore. Edmund was a consulting practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in IT, assurance, cybersecurity strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, training, organizational & talent alignment; through his diversified portfolio, Edmund offers valuable insights to organizations on engagement models to calibrate solutions to meet challenges across people, technology, business and processes.
Prior to returning to Singapore in 2011, Edmund resided in Shanghai and Hong Kong for almost 7 years, operating as an entrepreneur, consultant, and IT risk & assurance executive with a big 4 firm. He had also consulted extensively for global enterprise clients and governments across North Asia, ASEAN, Middle-East, Africa and Australia in payment business model and security compliance.
As a strong advocator of experiential leadership development & learning, Edmund is the creator of NEX-T© Leadership mindset transformation methodology, which uses Transformers toys supported with a hybrid of digital learning tools to enhance learning experiences.
