Jacobo Ducay Ferré is the Director of Habitus Incorporated Spain. He works as a negotiation trainer, professor, consultant and mediator. He has mediated hundreds of civil and commercial conflicts in the past three years. Jacobo also sits on the mediation panels of Mediation Works, Inc. (Boston, MA), Fundación SIGNUM and the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid, Spain.

He teaches Mediation and Negotiation at the Executive Masters Program at the IE Law School at the Competence Building Institute at the Universidad of Nebrija and Negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Masters Program on International Law and Business at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE. He has also taught Commercial Bankruptcy to masters students at the Program on Bankruptcy at Universidad de San Pablo CEU. In the United States, Jacobo assisted the negotiation teaching teams at the D’Amore-McKim Business at Northeastern University and, the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. Most recently he has acted as Honorary Visiting Faculty at the Jindal Global Law University (Sonipat, India) on Negotiation and Behavior Change.

Jacobo holds a degree from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE in Law and Business Sciences. He has completed an LLM in International Business Law at the Boston College Law School and training certificate programs in Negotiation and Mediation and Conflict Management at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
