Calvin facilitates development of leaders and a culture of trust through a consultative process that brings value, clarity, and bold confidence.

Calvin has over 10 years experience in Leadership Development—enhancing senior leadership, strengthening new leadership teams, improving team collaboration, building culture, and driving business results. One of Calvin’s key skills is identifying and resolving C-suite issues in MNCs and prominent Singapore companies.

Calvin’s regional experience in ROHEI includes developing and facilitating senior leadership interventions for clients in Singapore, China, and Hong Kong.

Calvin has over 20 years of management experience, holding leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and business development in Ericsson Singapore, SingTel, and Singapore Airlines. For Culture Building in particular, Calvin led an Employee Engagement Program to bring a cultural transformation, improving engagement scores by more than 20% when he was with Ericsson.

Calvin is a relational leader who walks the talk. With a big heart for people, Calvin is skilled in creating a safe environment, enabling conflict resolution, restoration of relationships, and rebuilding trust.

“Leaders of the past tell, leaders of today ask”, Calvin says. He asks courageous questions that direct conversations toward successful resolution. This non-threatening approach allows him to identify the Elephant in the room and facilitate a solution, a strength he uses in Executive Coaching as well.

Calvin’s senior leadership clients include ST Micro, Lumileds, Kemin, KPMG, and UOB.

Outside of ROHEI, Calvin is actively engaged in conducting workshops and seminars on men’s issues in the community as he believes men are uniquely placed to make a difference in family, community and workplace.
