As Chief Executive, Rachel focuses on building a high-trust culture at ROHEI, creating a workplace where people and results are honoured.

In 2007, Rachel began the work behind the founding of ROHEI, pursuing a calling to serve the global workforce. From an initial staff of two, Rachel now leads a team of 60 full-time consultants and staff. Rachel built a strong culture of trust in the organisation which is recognised by Great Place to Work and Top Employer Brands. ROHEI has since also expanded into China.

A champion of Culture Building, Rachel has spent more than 2 decades in the Learning and Development space. She has helped over 30 organisations, (SMEs and MNCs) and worked with over 20 CEO / C-level MNC clients in the Education, Banking and Finance, Family Enterprise, and Manufacturing sectors in Singapore. On a volunteer capacity, Rachel consults for over 50 SMEs on leadership and culture building. She currently serves as Executive Coach to CEO and C-level executives.

Her work in Culture Building includes helping a Institute of Higher Learning shape the culture of a faculty of 1,500 and student population of 15,000, as well as, a banking client to outwin their competitors through building high trust within its 63 branches for 5 consecutive years.

Rachel has undertaken C-suite interventions, including helping SME founders develop a people-focused culture, helping MNCs and Institutes of Higher Learning reconcile leadership teams, restoring trust, and as a result, improving their cohesion and effectiveness.

Rachel has given at least 50 Culture Building talks and travelled as keynote speaker to conferences and events in Asia Pacific, Africa, and North America, speaking to crowds of up to 15,000.

A servant leader with a big heart for people and giving back to society, Rachel counts among her notable contributions, serving in a UN-related work team to help with the cabinet of then President Hamid Karzai for 2 years, in the area of Secondary Education advancement and Children’s Welfare. Rachel also started the work of Trybe Limited in 2001, an organisation focused on development of at-risk youths, particularly in the rehabilitation of male probationers, first-time drug offender and newly discharged juveniles.

Rachel regards herself as an accidental entrepreneur in the mission to serve the global workforce. Her humility, and love of people, and devotion to God are key factors that influence her leadership style that is abundant in generosity, openness, and friendship, surrounded by a team that trusts her.
