Current Role and Position:

Shiska is a Senior Trainer for Dale Carnegie Indonesia with 8 years’ experience. She works with clients from various industries. To deliver solutions tailored to the needs of the client, her involvement in the projects often includes client interviews, focus group discussions, joint visits or plant visits, in addition to delivering in- class programs.
As Sales Supervisor in Sales Department for Dale Carnegie Indonesia, her main role is to lead the sales team; to coach and guide and also motivate the sales team to achieve the sales target, and implements appropriate strategies to improve sales. She also coordinates with her team and provides reports and activity updates to management.

Shiska has worked with clients across various industries such as Automotive, Embassy, Manufacturing, Finance, Banking, Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction, IT industry, Pharmaceutical, Indonesian State- Owned Enterprises, Trading Companies, Services and Health Food Industry.
